Are you passionate about helping children achieve healthy, beautiful smiles while making families feel comfortable and confident in their dental care?

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator who enjoys working with children and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you'll help families understand their treatment options, navigate insurance benefits, and feel confident about their children's dental care.

Our ideal candidate has experience in both dental front office operations and clinical dental assisting, along with excellent communication and patient care skills.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients and families.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and coverage.
  • Previous dental front office experience.
  • Clinical dental assisting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
  • Reliable, flexible, and supportive team player.
  • Passion for working with children and creating positive patient experiences.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance professionally.
